Description

Mechanicus Nekris is a supervillain I designed for a mutants and masterminds campaign of mine. Basically he's a 'Techno-Litch', pretty much a wizard/mechanic who's unnaturally extended his live via magic and technology.

So he's kinda like an undead techpriest/wizard. lol.
